Delivery Policy

Average delivery times:

UK: 3-5 working days from dispatch

EU: 5-7 working days from dispatch

Rest of the World: 7-10 working days from dispatch

Please contact us if you have not received the magazines before the top estimate of delivery times and we will invesitgate further.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not eligible on any purchase of magazine. Refunds will only be considered if the wrong magazine has in error been dispatched.

If a refund is provided in exceptional circumstancess, it will only be equal to the cover price of the magazine and no refund will be provided for the costs of postage/shipping, and we must be notified within 14 days of the order being placed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted as long as notice of cancellation is provided to us before the magazine has been dispatched. Once a magazine has been dispatched no cancellation of the order can be processed.
